Security Audit
Every token page includes an automated security audit that helps you assess risk before trading. These checks run on-chain data — no manual review needed.
Audit Checks
Authority Status
| Check | Safe | Risky |
|---|---|---|
| Mint Authority | Revoked | Active (can mint more tokens) |
| Freeze Authority | Revoked | Active (can freeze your tokens) |
| Update Authority | Revoked | Active (can change metadata) |
WARNING
If Mint Authority is active, the token creator can print unlimited tokens and crash the price. This is the single most important red flag.
Holder Distribution
- Top 10 holder %: What percentage of supply the top 10 wallets control
- Creator holdings: How much the deployer still holds
- DEX pool %: How much is locked in liquidity pools
A healthy distribution typically has:
- Top 10 holders < 30% of supply
- No single wallet > 10% (excluding DEX pools)
Liquidity
- Total liquidity across all DEX pools (in USD)
- Pool count: Number of active liquidity pools
- Locked liquidity: Whether LP tokens are burned or locked
Token Metadata
- Name and symbol: Verified against on-chain metadata
- Decimals: Standard is 6 or 9 for Solana tokens
- Supply: Total and circulating supply
Risk Score
The audit results are summarized into an overall risk assessment:
- Low risk: All authorities revoked, healthy distribution, good liquidity
- Medium risk: Some flags but no critical issues
- High risk: Active mint/freeze authority or highly concentrated holdings
Using Audits with Copy Trading
Combine security audits with copy trading filters:
- Set Mint Authority = Revoked filter to automatically skip risky tokens
- Set Freeze Authority = Revoked to avoid tokens that can lock your balance
- Set Min Liquidity to avoid illiquid tokens where you can't exit
